Modifiers
According to Cambridge Advanced Learners’ Dictionary, Modifier ‘is a word or phrase that is used with another word or phrase to limit or add to its meaning.’ In consideration of position, modifiers are of two types.
Parts of speech
Parts অর্থ ”অংশ” of অর্থ ”এর” আর speech অর্থ ”বাক্য” তাই Parts of speech অর্থ “বাক্যের অংশ”। বাক্যের অংশ হচ্ছে words । তাই বাক্যে ব্যবহৃত সকল words বা শব্দই Parts of speech ইংরেজি ভাষার সব শব্দই বাক্যে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। ফলে ইংরেজির সকল wordই Parts of speech | ইংরেজিতে Parts of speech ৮ প্রকার। Parts of speechগুলী হচ্ছেঃ 1.
