Classification of prepositions

prepositionকে দুইভাবে ভাগ করা যায়। যথাঃ i. Formation বা গঠনের বিবেচনায় ii. Usage বা ব্যবহারের বিবেচনায়।

Formation বা গঠনের বিবেচনায় preposition দুই প্রকার। যথাঃ 

a. simple: single word preposition- on, to, for, at 

b. compound: more than one word- in between, because of, in front of, in case of
