When – কাজ বা ঘটনার সময় (adverb of time)


I. Subject + verb + (VR)+in/at/on/during/other time preposition + time.

Question: When did Mandela become the first black president of Africa? Answer: Mandela became the first black president of Africa in 1994.

ii. Subject + verb + (VR)+ (before/after) + verb + ing + (VR) Question: When did Mandela become the first black president of Africa? Answer: Mandela became the first black president of Africa (after) getting acquittal from jail. .
