How – ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর অবস্থা, কাজ বা ঘটনার উপায়/ পদ্ধতি


1. প্রশ্নের main verb ‘Be’ হলে ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর অবস্থা (adjective) :

Subject + verb + adjective+——-. Question: How is skydiving? Answer: Skydiving is full of adventure.

2. প্রশ্নের main verb ‘Be’ ছাড়া অন্য verb হলে কাজ বা ঘটনার উপায়/পদ্ধতি(adverb of manner) :

i. Subject + verb + adjective + ly +—–. Question: How did Mujib work for the people? Answer: Mujib worked sincerely for the People.

ii. Subject + verb + root adverb  Question: How did Tereshkova work to become an astronaut? Answer: She worked hard to become an astronaut.

iii. Subject + verb + (by/through) verb + ing: Question: How did Mandela become world famous? Answer: Mandela became world famous fighting against apartheid.

iv. Subject + verb + by/through + noun: Question: How did Tereshkova go to space? Answer: Tereshkova went to space by rocket.
