Adjective phrase

 adjective phrase নিম্নোক্ত উপায়ে গঠিত হয় এবং গঠন ভেদে তাদের তথ্য ভিন্ন হয় । যেমন :

i. Verb + ing +——-Verb + ing এর পরের অংশ + াে বা। যুক্ত ক্রিয়াপদ । যেমন :

The man standing at the door – দরজায় দাড়ানো লোকটি

a man walking through the road – রাস্তায় হাটা লোকটি

ii. Preposition + noun – noun + ে,য় বা তে যেমনঃ

The boy in the field is a student. – মাঠে,

Our office in Dhaka is well decorated. – ঢাকায়

iii. Adverb + adjective – Adverb এর অর্থ + adjective এর অর্থ –

The field is very large.- খুব বড়

iv. Verb3 +—-ক্রিয়া পদের বিশেষণ রুপ যেমনঃ

The shirt bought yesterday is nice.- গতকাল ক্রীত

v. adjective +preposition + noun – noun + ে,য়, তে + adjective এর অর্থ যেমনঃ The boy good at mathematics got highest marks.

vi. Adjective + and + adjective –young and smart

vii. Adjective + or + Adjective – weak or strong

viii. Adjective + but + Adjective– old but energetic

ix. Noun + adjective – snow white, sky blue, crystal clear
