Irregular or strong verbs

 Irregular বা strong verb বলতে সেই সব verbকে বোঝায় যাদের past ও past participle গঠনের জন্য ed/d যুক্ত করা হয় না। যেমনঃ

এই verbগুলীর past বা past participle করার সময় কতিপয় নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হয়। যেমনঃ

i. কিছু irregular বা strong verb এর present, past এবং past participle একই form হয়। যেমনঃ

ii. কিছু irregular বা strong verb এর past এবং past participle একই form হয় না। যেমনঃ

iii. কিছু irregular বা strong verb এর past এবং past participle করার জন্য vowel change করতে হয়। যেমনঃ

iv. কিছু irregular বা strong verb এর past এবং past participle করার জন্য vowel change সহ শেষের consonant ও change করতে হয়। যেমনঃ
